For the past 10 years, Gordon Hawthorne has served as a Managing Director and Healthcare Practice Leader for Diversified Search, a top ten Executive Recruiting Firm. In this role, he provided advisory services related to identifying, attracting, onboarding, motivating and retaining premium leadership talent while aligning them with evolving market strategies and leadership models. In addition, for five years Mr. Hawthorne served as the Firm President and a member of the Executive Committee responsible for firm-wide strategic advancement and operations. Prior to Diversified, Mr. Hawthorne held a similar national practice leader role with the Hay Group, a Global Professional Services Firm. Here, he oversaw the development and delivery of strategic client leadership and business solutions and managed a national healthcare team.
In total Mr. Hawthorne brings over 20 years of national experience in advising CEOs, top teams and boards for leading multi-mission organizations in the healthcare industry. His forte in this regard has been to focus on health-system design and integration; executive and top-team assessment, alignment and impact; executive and physician performance, compensation and total reward; physician integration/value alignment, governance development and recruiting; and succession planning.
